Myrtle Beach Resort’s 700-foot stretch of beach is ideal for getting that perfect suntan. Nestled directly next to the Atlantic Ocean, you and your loved ones will enjoy convenient access to the cool ocean and nearby attractions. 

On the 36-acre lot, you’ll have your pick of 6 swimming pools, multiple tennis courts, a 400-foot lazy river and a health spa complete with steam rooms, saunas and hot tubs.

SPECIAL NOTIFICATION:

Please be advised that Myrtle Beach Resort Renaissance Tower was closed to owners in order to continue extensive rebuilding and repairs.  While selected units will begin to open and guests will be permitted, the building and property will continue to undergo daytime construction after the reopening.  The pool should be open but other amenities may be closed. There will also be parking areas closed due to ongoing construction.  Drywall patches may be visible in the units for building maintenance access purposes, and these will be addressed in the Fall. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

By taking occupancy of a unit(s) you reserved at Myrtle Beach Resort Renaissance Tower, you acknowledge being made aware of possibility that you might experience on-going construction and limited access or no access to amenities during your stay, and Travel Advantage Network will not be providing any refunds or other compensation for any such inconvenience.

Please Note:

• Trailers are allowed during bike weeks only for a $100 fee payable at the gate. Trailers are restricted to no larger than 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the rear of the trailer (no exceptions). Parking is on a first come, first serve basis with a limit of 5 spaces per traveling party.
• At least one person in the traveling party must be 23 years of age to check-in.
• Parking is $20 per car per week and will be collected at the gate and can only be paid by credit card.  Guest parking is $10 for the day and if they stay overnight it is $20.

Please note:  Service animals are not allowed without a 30-day advance registration and approval from the HOA Board of Directors and/or Resort Management.  Failure to register service animals 30 days in advance will result in an automatic denial of entry to/by the property.  Please call a TAN Travel Advocate for paperwork and assistance.  Thank you.
