Offering Ways to Stay Healthy:
- Health Benefit Plans—TAN offers multiple options for health care coverage, with everything from PPOs to HMOs to HRAs. Each employee will be able to find an option that works best for them. TAN makes contributions to both premiums and deductibles to keep the expense as economical as possible for every employee.
- Dental Plans—TAN offers a comprehensive dental plan to all of its full-time employees. The plan ranges in coverage but does offer 100% coverage for all preventative exams. It can cover anyone from just an employee up through their entire family.
- Vision Plans—With a very small premium and reasonable co-pays, employees receive a comprehensive eye examination from a state-licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist, a pair of lenses, frames, or contacts (in lieu of eyeglasses) every 12 months.
- Life Insurance—Basic life insurance is provided to all full-time employees. The coverage amount varies up to $50,000. Over and above the company-paid life insurance, employees have the option of purchasing additional life for themselves, their children and their spouses at very reasonable rates.
- Team Fitness—To ensure that we are promoting healthy life styles everyday, TAN has a fitness team that meets monthly to discuss fitness goals, healthy eating, and celebrating successes. Team Fitness is open to any and everyone that wants to stay physically fit.
- PTO—TAN truly understands the importance of life/work balance to keep ourselves healthy both physically and mentally. TAN prides itself in being able offer great paid time off (PTO) accruals. Employees, within their first two years, accrue 15 days of PTO with a range all the way up to 35 days per year for those employees that have been with the company 10+ years.

- 401k—The company-sponsored retirement plan allows employees to contribute a percentage of their pay on a pre-tax basis to build up savings for retirement. Currently, the company makes an annual contribution match based on business performance at the end of each year.
- Tower Federal Savings Bank—To assist our employees in managing their money, TAN has a great partnership with Tower Federal Savings Bank. TFSB has many resources that assist TAN employees in getting the most out of their financial situation. - Financial Resources and Referral Programs—Through the company paid Employee Assistance Program, there are multiple financial resources are available to TAN employees. Employees can receive financial assistance and referrals, including a 30 minute consultation per topic.
- *Employee referral program—TAN prides itself in having a great team. What better way for the team to grow than to have friends and family members of our great employees join the team too? TAN offers employees a $200 employee referral bonus for all new hires, and if an employee refers a new employee in a management position, they can receive a $500 bonus.
*Employee bonus program is only for headquarter employees and all leadership positions throughout the entire company. Members of the HR team are not eligible for this bonus. Offering Ways to Travel:
One of the biggest benefits of working at TAN is the Travel Benefits. There are multiple ways employees can take advantage of the TAN accommodations. These methods include:
- Wholesale Travel— Wholesale travel is one of the easiest ways to book a great accommodation in an ideal location. Wholesale travel allows our employees to take advantage of the great company wholesale rates and book up to one year in advance.
- Excess and Hot weeks Inventory—This is the most popular benefit offered to our employees. TAN employees can take advantage of the last-minute travel destinations at deeply discounted prices. Both inventory lists offer great destinations and update every Friday afternoon.
- **Educational Travel—Each calendar year, employees are given three additional paid days off to travel to a TAN Excess or Hot Weeks property for the small cost of the cleaning fee. These days can be taken all at once or individually. Each employee is then asked to give their feedback on the property upon their return.
- **TANiversary Dollars—Every year, beginning with your first anniversary, TAN gives each employee 365 "TANiversary Dollars" that can used for travel. These TANiversary Dollars can be used towards any Wholesale Travel week.
- Friends and Family—All travel benefits available to our employees are also available to their friends and family members. There is no limit to the amount of travel a friend or family member can take using an employee account.
- **Property Management Travel—To ensure the company stays current on the condition of all of our properties and to help educate all of our employees on our properties, TAN employees can participate in property management travel through the Property Management department. Employees travel alongside a member of the Property Management department on their inspections and assist by giving feedback on the properties, while keeping themselves current on the TAN inventory.
- GETS—Global Express Travel Services, or GETS, is a full-service travel agency that provides clients and employees airfare, rental cars, cruises, excursions and much more. Once our employees decide where they want to go, GETS helps get them there.

- Employee Sponsored Charities—Every month an employee or group of employees champions a charity that means something specific to them. Throughout the month there are different fundraising events to raise money for the charity. Silent auctions, bake sales, "jeans day," "crazy sock day," and "crazy hat day" are among some of the examples of events that employees have paid to participate in. Not only do the events raise money but employees get to have fun while doing it.

- Professional Onboarding Process—Every new TAN employee goes through an extensive onboarding process. Beginning with a detailed orientation, followed by classroom and technical training, TAN offers all of its employees the tools to set them up to be a successful new employee.
- TANiversity—To ensure all leaders joining the TAN team understand the different departments and processes, TAN has a training program called TANiversity. After "graduating" from TANiversity, all leaders will be equipped with the knowledge they need to understand how their new role and their team fit into the "big picture."
- Leadership Training—For leadership employees or for those whose career path includes an eventual leadership role, TAN offers multiple leadership training classes. These classes include interviewing, harassment training, organization, communication, understanding your leadership style, effective coaching and everything in between. Once our employees get to know what they need in terms of strengthening their leadership, the company will find training classes that can assist. We also enjoy our employees training their peers; we have a "train-the-trainer" program that gives employees the tools to training their teams effectively.

- Fun Committee—To ensure that our team is always having fun at work, TAN has a fun committee that meets monthly to plan fun events: a blind-folded water relay, balloon tosses, frozen t-shirt relay, fruit days ("apple day" is our favorite), crafts in the break rooms, and many more.
- Monthly Employee-sponsored Book Club—To help get our employees get out of their head and into a good book, the company has an employee-sponsored book club meetings. Each month a different employee selects a new book for the club to read and discuss.
- Halloween and Holiday Traditions—Halloween and the Winter holidays are an exciting time at TAN. Every Halloween the office is decorated and the employees dress up. Scariest, funniest, best pair, etc., are voted on and awarded for the holiday. It is truly a scary-good time. Around the winter holidays, the festive decorations go up and we celebrate in style!
- Potlucks, Picnics and Parties—OH MY!!!—TAN employees love to eat good food and have fun. At our company-sponsored potlucks, the culinary experts (and non-experts) within TAN cook amazing food. The annual summer picnic not only brings great food, but a good time for all employees and their families. It is a great time for everyone to get together and compete in a three legged race or best mascot. Finally, the annual holiday party allows all employees to come together and have fun, celebrate the ending of a great year and its accomplishments and sets the tone for the next.
