How to Book Online

We've worked hard to ensure that booking your next TAN vacation online is simple. Here we'll walk you through the process of online booking.

First, you must be logged in to book. To log in, simply click on the log in button in the upper right corner of the website, and type in your username and password.

Selecting the Property You Want to Book

There are several ways to browse both our properties and availability at the properties. For more information on how to browse our properties, please read Finding Your Next Vacation. 

Once you've found a property that is available through the calendar on the property's page, simply click "book" below the listed rates for that property. Please make sure the bedroom size you are looking for is selected (above the calendar) and that the selected date span is what you are looking for. (Above the rate breakdown.) 

Your Shopping Cart

The first screen in the checkout process is the shopping cart which details which property you have on hold. It will look like the screenshot to the right.(Currently, you are only allowed to have one property in your shopping cart at a time.) Please make sure the selected check-in and check-out date, and the bedroom size, are what you are looking for. 

Hit "continue checkout" and you will be sent to the credit card screen. 

Checking Out

The last step is to enter your credit card information and traveler information and finish booking your vacation! 

Once you hit continue to checkout on the shopping cart page, you are taken to the checkout page. Here you will fill out your credit card information and your traveler information (if the traveler information is the same as the credit card information, simply hit "copy" in the middle of the screen). You also must check the box next to I agree to terms and conditions, and check or uncheck whether you want to include Vacation Insurance Program.

After you have filled out all of this information, just click "Checkout" at the bottom of the screen and if your credit card was correctly processed, you will arrive at a confirmation screen and your vacation has been booked. Please save the confirmation number you receive on this screen, and you will receive an email confirmation the next day.
