If your accommodations do not meet these standards, simply contact TAN's Total Vacation Services department (at 800.223.0088 ext 3), to request a replacement vacation week be added to your account. Your additional vacation week is, however, subject to usual reservation fees/procedures.

All TAN-ners are guaranteed ease and convenience when accessing this exclusive Web site, www.planwithtan.com, for transportation needs. Whether you are searching for hotel, airfare or car rental information, this site provides Travelers with instant, low-priced quotes and a secure connection to complete your travel arrangements.

All clients are guaranteed vacations to their resort areas of choice or acceptable alternatives. If TAN is unable to offer an ideal match or acceptable alternative, based on the Terms and Conditions listed below, we will issue a $1,000 U.S. Savings Bond.

Terms and Conditions

1. TAN’s Sunsational Guarantee supersedes all previous guarantees.
2. Sunsation #2 does not provide rates that include discounts.
3. Sunsation #3 is contingent upon the use of the most recent DesTANations Report.
4. In Sunsation #3, a $1,000 U.S. Savings Bond will only be issued if TAN cannot fulfill a reservation request that lists vacation area selections that total 2% or greater. The accommodations requested must be a studio or one bedroom unit. The $1,000 U.S. Savings Bond does not apply for requests made during holidays, special events, for consecutive vacation weeks, or for multiple units during the same week.

To be eligible for guaranteed vacations, Travelers must first review the most recent DesTANations Report. This report shows, in percentages, areas where TAN-ners recently traveled. Choose an area, or combination of areas, which when added together total 2% or greater and adhere to all request procedures.
