IRREVOCABLE ASSIGNMENT OF TIMESHARE/INTERVAL WEEK
In consideration as herein provided the undersigned owner, and TAN, do hereby agree:
1. TAN will credit two weeks in exchange for each unit week deposit owned by the undersigned. The undersigned may use this credit any time, providing the undersigned is current in all obligations to the resort listed below, and that said unit/week has not been assigned to any exchange, resale, or management company. The undersigned must also be current in any and all obligations to TAN. The undersigned is responsible for complying with TAN reservation procedures, including required notice and reservation fees when utilizing the credit weeks. UNDERSIGNED OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING ANY 'FLOATING WEEKS' ARE SCHEDULED/RESERVED WITH THE RESORT AND CONFIRMED AS SCHEDULED, BEFORE SUBMISSION OF THIS CERTIFICATE TO TAN.
2. Said unit and week assignment to TAN shall be made with NO LESS THAN 60 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE AND NO MORE THAN 365 DAYS NOTICE.
3. The accrual of credit weeks shall be ongoing through the duration of the owner's account with TAN and shall expire 12 months from the termination of the owner's account. The owner hereby authorizes and directs the resort indicated below to honor this assignment. A photocopy, facsimile Internet submission of this assignment shall be as effective as the original. The rights created under this agreement may be reassigned by TAN. Owner further authorizes and directs the resort to allow any or all assignee(s) to this agreement access to the premises.
