Excess Inventory is limited and available on a first-come basis.

How do we get Excess Inventory? We get it when clients have to cancel their vacations or change their plans last minute. Or when extra units become available at one of our properties. Rather than let these units go unused, we offer them to you at incredibly low rates.

One of the best parts is that Excess Inventory does not require use of your prepaid weeks or voucher! This is just another great TAN benefit. TAN's current Excess Inventory list is below. The list includes discounted units for the next six weeks. Due to the last minute nature of Excess Inventory, we are only able to post listings six weeks out. Check back each week to see the most current list. The Excess Inventory list is available by weekly email, on this web site, or by calling our dedicated toll free line.

Web: Excess Inventory is posted on this page each Friday at 2 PM EST. Only online bookings are allowed at 2 PM EST; phone bookings for Friday's Excess Inventory will begin at 3 PM EST. The list is also updated daily, please click on the "Refresh" button of your Internet tool bar for the most current listings. Properties are subject to availability.

Phone: the Excess Inventory phone recording is updated each Friday by 5:30 p.m. EST. Call our toll-free line 800.976.6968, anytime, for the current listing.

Email: TAN Travelers with email accounts receive an Excess Inventory message each week. This email is sent to tens of thousands of TAN clients at 3:30 PM EST each Friday. Because of the nature of mass email, some people may receive the message on Saturday. The system only allows one email address per Traveler. Please also check your "Spam or Junk Folder" for any misdirected emails.

If you have any problems receiving our emails:

• Add "vacationservices@planwithtan.com" to your email address book (otherwise, your Internet service provider might block or place our email into your junk folder).
• If you have not been receiving weekly emails, please use the e-mail subscription link above to verify we have your correct email address.
• Many emails are also undeliverable because of spam filters on email accounts--please, check your settings to ensure your server is not directing Excess Inventory emails to your junk mail folders.
