On the 36-acre lot, you’ll have your pick of 6 swimming pools, multiple tennis courts, a 400-foot lazy river and a health spa complete with steam rooms, saunas and hot tubs.

Please Note:

• Trailers are allowed during bike weeks only for a $100 fee payable at the gate. Trailers are restricted to no larger than 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the rear of the trailer (no exceptions). Parking is on a first come, first serve basis with a limit of 5 spaces per traveling party.
• At least one person in the traveling party must be 23 years of age to check-in.
• Parking is $10 per car per day.  You can prepay online by visiting https://mbrparking.com/ or the fee will be collected at the gate and can only be paid by credit card.  

Please note:  Service animals are not allowed without a 30-day advance registration and approval from the HOA Board of Directors and/or Resort Management.  Failure to register service animals 30 days in advance will result in an automatic denial of entry to/by the property.  Please call a TAN Travel Advocate for paperwork and assistance.  Thank you.

The closest local airport is the Myrtle Beach Airport, located 6 miles away. 

Effective June 15, 2026, smoking (including, but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, marijuana, and e-cigarettes/vapes), will be prohibited in all common elements and common areas located on Five Seasons Centre property.

This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

• Common laundry rooms and facilities
• Pools, spas, pool decks, tennis courts, recreational areas (including but not limited to:  putting green, outdoor games, picnic areas), and related amenities
• Clubhouse and all other common facilities
• Stairwells, walkways, breezeways, halls, and corridors
• Parking areas and associated common spaces

Violations may result in fines, damage assessment, and loss of accommodations.

Please be advised that the heater for the spa located in the lazy river area has gone out, and the spa will be closed until further notice while repairs are being made.
