The Croton Unit offers a 1 bedroom king bed with a partial kitchen and a garden view. Each room has a separate seating area with a sofa bed, a dining area and a work space.  There is a mandatory resort fee of $99 per week and a Tourism Accommodation Levy of $3 per adult and $1.50 per 2-17 year old child, per night.  These fees are collected upon check-in.
