On the 36-acre lot, you’ll have your pick of 6 swimming pools, multiple tennis courts, a 400-foot lazy river and a health spa complete with steam rooms, saunas and hot tubs.

SPECIAL NOTIFICATION:

Please be advised that the Myrtle Beach Resort has on-going extensive repairs taking place at the Renaissance Tower.  While some buildings are open and guests are permitted to stay on the grounds, the Renaissance Tower will continue to undergo on-going daytime construction. Some pools and parking areas may be closed during construction. 

When you make a reservation and take occupancy of a unit at Myrtle Beach Resort, you acknowledge being made aware that you might experience on grounds construction and limited amenities during your stay. Travel Advantage Network will not be providing any refunds or other compensation for any such inconvenience. 

Please Note:

• Trailers are allowed during bike weeks only for a $100 fee payable at the gate. Trailers are restricted to no larger than 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the rear of the trailer (no exceptions). Parking is on a first come, first serve basis with a limit of 5 spaces per traveling party.
• At least one person in the traveling party must be 23 years of age to check-in.
• Parking is $20 per car per week and will be collected at the gate and can only be paid by credit card.  Guest parking is $10 for the day and if they stay overnight it is $20.

Please note:  Service animals are not allowed without a 30-day advance registration and approval from the HOA Board of Directors and/or Resort Management.  Failure to register service animals 30 days in advance will result in an automatic denial of entry to/by the property.  Please call a TAN Travel Advocate for paperwork and assistance.  Thank you.
