Get to know the Travel Advantage Network team that works hard to give you the best service possible. We are acquiring new destinations for your visits, making your reservations, and assisting you with all your travel package needs.
Many of you already know Scott Fasano, our President. He has reached out directly to you to keep you informed on changes and new programs available with Travel Advantage Network. We wanted you to meet some of the staff that you can reach out to directly if you have needs in specific areas. You may have already spoken to many of our team members but here’s a little more about them.
LaKindra Hopewell, Client Care Manager (email@example.com)
LaKindra is the Client Care Manager, the “fixer” and the sales partner liaison. She has been with the enterprise since September 2009 and has worked in and with every operational department in the enterprise. She truly knows the business inside and out. She brings that experience to our clients every day. She has long-standing relationships with vendors and partners that give her greater access and resources than most of the team. LaKindra takes a lot of pride in her ability to work with our clients to resolve issues and problems and most importantly to work with them to maximize their return on their investment. You can always count on LaKindra to listen, to be fair and to find a solution that ensures you are happy with us.
Bryant Booze, Inventory Acquisition Manager (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Bryant Booze is a long-time employee with Travel Advantage Network. He has been with TAN for more than 20 years. Bryant has worked in property management, client services, reservations and now focus’ all his time on acquiring inventory to provide TAN clients with a wide variety of places to stay for their vacations.
The Travel Advantage Network team is hard at work on your behalf. The managers and their teams are constantly trying to assist you in every way possible.
