There is no shortage of activities here, as this beautiful area plays willing host to both the summer and winter vacationer. You'll find your usual, exciting summer fare here as well as many winter surprises. In the fall and winter months, Ocean City offers quiet dinners overlooking the ocean or chances to view wildlife in its natural habitat at the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge.

A parking pass for a space labeled B3 is required to park at Breezy Seas and will be located in the unit. Please remember to leave the pass when you check out or there will be a $25.00 fee for replacement. Only one car is allowed to park on the condominium lot.
